Content Creation Tools that Every Creator Should Try

When you’re a content creator, sometimes it can be hard to tell which content creation tools you should use and which ones just aren’t worth the time. Today I wanted to provide you with a list of tools I have tried and continue using. I hope this helps!

1. Canva

Canva is one of the most popular creator tools. This is because they offer both a free account option and a paid subscription option. If you’re one of those creators who are constantly looking for new ways to create visuals or need templates to help you create quicker, the paid subscription is 100% worth it. It isn’t that expensive either! While people may think that the free account option is easier, people who choose to stick with the free option are very limited in what they can access and use on Canva. For example, with the free account, you have access to 250,000 templates, 100+ design types, 1 million free photos/graphics, and 5GB of storage. However, with the Canva Pro subscription, you’ll have access to 100+ million premium stock photos/videos/audio/graphics, 610,000+ premium templates (with new designs daily), logos, colors, fonts, and folders to organize your content, social media scheduling, and much more! While Canva Pro is $119.99 per year, it is completely worth it when you consider the amount of unlimited access to templates, stock photos, fonts, etc. Every creator should give Canva a try!

2. Grammarly

This is one of my favorite tools (not to mention it's completely free)! One of my close friends recommended this tool to me, and now I use Grammarly every day. I can’t imagine life without it at this point. So, what is Grammarly? Grammarly is a free add-on browser tool that catches grammatical and spelling mistakes and even recommends correction for sentence clarity. It is a HUGE help when I’m blogging and writing captions for social media. It does the work for you so that you don’t have to worry about going back and looking for mistakes in your writing. I highly recommend giving it a try! It’s free!

3. CapCut

CapCut is a free video editing tool that allows you to edit your content for free. With templates, graphics, fonts, and lots of other cool features, you can edit your content with ease. If the free version of the app isn’t enough for your work, they have cheap subscription options. One monthly pro subscription is $9.99/mo, or they have a yearly pro subscription which is $74.99/year. They even recently topped the app store in the U.S. - so it must be worth a try!

4. Hashtagify

Hashtagify.me is also a great tool for content creators. It allows you to search and browse through hashtags to see how popular a given hashtag is at a given time and how people are using it to engage with their followers. This tool is useful for content creators and social media managers alike. It’s great because not only does it show the tag’s popularity at any given time, but it also provides information such as weekly popularity, correlation (what it’s most used for), and creators who are also using the hashtag. While their plans can be a little pricey, you can try it for free for 7 days and cancel anytime. Have I sparked your interest? Try it for free!
